De-superheat Condenser Phase

The discharge gas, or hot gas, leaving the compressor contains much more heat than it did when it entered the compressor and is at a much higher temperature. As stated earlier, the suction vapor picks up motor heat and the heat of compression as it undergoes the compression process. The hot gas is called superheated vapor. Just like in the evaporator, if the temperature of a vapor is above its saturation temperature, it is superheated.
